Bridal Slips

One of the more difficult decisions to make is how full of a slip should you order? One thing you should think about is the weight of the fabric of the skirt on your wedding gown. If it is a heavy polyester satin fabric, you'll need more fullness because the skirt will weigh the slip down. Alternatively if you have a silk, tulle, or chiffon gown, you may not need such a full slip as these fabrics are lighter weight.

If you do order a more full slip & feel that it is too full, an option to consider is cutting out a layer or two of the tulle. Please note that doing this would then make your slip non-returnable since it would no longer be in New Condition. But this may be a less expensive way to make the slip work for your gown (rather than paying for return shipping & the restocking fee which is 15%, or $10.00, which ever is more.
