Brooke Ritzman at Elegant gowns was great to work with. I had so many questions about dresses and veils and she was extremely patient with me. She was always available when I needed her and offered great suggestions and advice. In planning my wedding, I have worked with many vendors along the way. I have found that when people hear the word wedding, their prices go up immediately. I didn't have that experience at all with Elegant Gowns and in fact felt that just the opposite occurred. I had been looking at veils at different boutiques and just couldn't justify the expensive $250+ they were charging. I emailed Brooke a picture of the veil I liked and she was able to get me a similar veil at a much more reasonable cost. The best part was Brooke was just as excited as I was about finding me the perfect accessory for a great cost. She was in tune with my needs and it felt like a friend was helping me out the entire time. Brooke and Elegant Gowns has been the most reliable and welcoming service that I've encountered during this wedding planning process. I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone.
