Wedding Veil Cut

We offer 6 different popular cuts for our bridal veils:

Standard:	This style is cut straight across the bottom in a rounded U shape with straight edges and rounded corners. The top is gathered all the way across the straight top edge and the sides hang straight down. It works well in a single, or multiple layers. If the veil has edging, it will go all the way to the top of the veil.
Circular:	This style is similar to the standard cut veil, but gathered at the middle. For a 2 tier veil, a portion of the veil is left out of the gather, so the edging will go around the bottom of the veil instead of all the way to the top. For a 1 tier veil, the top is gathered only through the center and all four corners of the veil are rounded, giving the appearance of the veil cascading on the sides (rather than hanging straight down like the standard cut).
Angel:	This style is cut wide at the edges to make it look wavy, and it is only available as a single tier veil and with 108" width. We will only accept returns for angel cut veils ordered in 108” width because the thinner widths will not have the same wavy look as pictured. This cut looks best when ordered at Waist length or longer. Veil pictured is style 769: 45" Angel cut rattail veil (108" wide).
Drop:	This style is a one-layer veil cut into a circle with no gather, and typically sits on the top of the head. If the veil has an edge, it will go all the way around the circle. There is a metal comb sewn in the veil for placement. Veils pictured are styles 798: 30" x 45" Drop veil with rattail edge (72" wide) & D7-452-RT: 30" x 45" Drop Cut Rattail Edge Veil (72" wide). Bubble:	This style is when the tulle is folded in half so both edges gather at the top and the fold is at the bottom of the veil. Available in lengths up to 45". No "edging" detail available with this cut. Veil Pictured is style 775: 25" Bubble veil (72" wide).
Cage:	This is a very unique chic style that has a vintage feel to it, often referred to as a Birdcage veil. Normally made with a French Netting, we can also make cage veils in our bridal illusion tulle. Veils Pictured are styles 780V: 18" birdcage veil with pearl accents, attached to small metal comb & 789V 18" birdcage veil with rhinestone accents, attached to a small metal comb.
